    I also want to empower you to care for and help yourself. I know it’s in your highest good to participate in your own healing and to connect with Spirit in your own way. I have many tools to to support you—but I also offer practices you can use beyond our sessions to continue and deepen your healing. You are strong. You are powerful. You are unique. Maybe you’ve just forgotten. I’m here to help you remember.

How I got here

Some traditions say we forget what it feels like to be one with Spirit sometime in childhood. I didn’t forget.

As a child, I had intuitive and empathic experiences I was told were “just my imagination.” I shut many of them down to navigate life, but I was always drawn to the metaphysical and mythological. Looking back now, I can see how each experience prepared me for this work.

My spiritual awakening began in earnest in 2014 during my Chakradance Facilitator training. It was fast, intense, and profoundly transformational. It wasn't love and light—it was deep shadow work, loss, letting go, and growth. Through divorce, parenting, and change, I learned to release what no longer served me and step into the sacred path I now walk.

My intuitive gifts expanded rapidly, and I had no guide. I devoured books, found trusted teachers, and developed discernment. Over time, I learned to sit with mystery and trust the unseen. I’m here now with clarity and purpose: to support people in healing, reconnecting to the sacred, and remembering who they are.

In 2015, I transitioned from dance education into healing work full time, offering individual intuitive sessions and Chakradance classes. By 2018, I joined Meditation Bar as a Sound Bath Practitioner and Meditation Teacher. In 2019, I became the owner. Through all the uncertainty of the pandemic and beyond, I’ve held space for people to come home to themselves.

Today, I offer private sessions and group experiences, both in person and virtually. My path is one of constant learning and service.

  • Reiki & Energy Healing

    As a Reiki Master Teacher and Crystal Reiki Master Teacher, I work with Life Force Energy to nourish, rebalance, and support emotional, energetic, and physical wellness. Reiki, a gentle hands-on or distance practice, channels universal life force energy to promote healing on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. Research has shown Reiki to be effective to the degree that it is being accepted and practiced in hospitals as a meaningful way to improve patient care and outcomes.

  • Crystal Healing & Stone Medicine

    As an Advanced Crystal Master, I have a deep understanding of the human electromagnetic field, the chakra energy system, and how crystals interact with these fields.  I am trained in how to recognize and remedy energetic imbalances or blockages within this field using crystal energy.  

    As a Certified Stone Medicine Practitioner, I bring truly ancient learning to my crystal and stone healing practice. Sources from my training include broad wisdom from the most prominent stone and mineral healing traditions in history, most prominently, the ancient and current Daoist tradition of stone medicine that extends back over two thousand years from ancient China.

  • Sound & Vibration Therapy

    I use both live and recorded sound from Himalayan metal and crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, Solfeggio frequencies, tuning forks, or drums. Your mind will relax with the beautiful sound as the vibration moves through your body to help bring you back to wholeness. Most of my 1:1 healing sessions include sound and vibration from the inHarmony Sound Lounge, and I am fully trained in both esoteric and clinical applications of Vibroacoustic Therap

I’ve been working full time in this field since 2015. I’m a lifelong seeker. My approach is supported by training and education, traditional wisdom, and intuitive mastery. I have spent thousands of hours working with clients in group and private settings.
