Inner Fire is a 6-week meditation series designed to align with the energetic arc of summer—from the expansive light of the Solstice to the beginning of Fall. Each session offers guided imagery, meditation music, and gentle reflection to help you cultivate clarity, strength, and soul-centered intention.

You can attend live or on your own time. Each meditation stands on its own, but together, they form a powerful progression.
